WHO WE ARE
Engage Globally supports community-led sustainable development. Our local partners work with traditional leaders, a women’s group, parents, and program participants to choose priorities, design projects, and implement programming. Our team supports local leaders and community members in achieving their goals through capacity building, project consulting, funding, and other resources. By focusing on long-term partnerships we pursue a truly grassroots and collaborative approach to creating meaningful, inclusive, and sustainable progress.

Our Mission -- Engage Globally enables community-led sustainable development by engaging local partners in education, job training, small business development, food security, women’s empowerment, and environmental conservation.
Our Vision -- We envision a world in which communities have the educational, economic, and environmental resources they need to develop equitably and sustainably. |

where we work
Our primary programs are in rural Northern Ghana, where we collaborate with local leaders from six villages on early childhood education, youth scholarships, gender equity, vocational training, and sustainable farming projects.
We also engage in environmental education in collaboration with the Children's Eternal Rainforest, in Monteverde, Costa Rica. |
