WHO WE AREEngage Globally supports community-led sustainable development. Our local partners work with traditional leaders, a women’s group, parents, and program participants to choose priorities, design projects, and implement programming. Our team supports local leaders and community members in achieving their goals through capacity building, project consulting, funding, and other resources. By focusing on long-term partnerships we pursue a truly grassroots and collaborative approach to creating meaningful, inclusive, and sustainable progress.

where we work
Our primary programs are in rural Northern Ghana, where we collaborate with a community-based organization representing nine traditional villages. Our work focuses on early childhood schools, youth education, gender equity, vocational training, women's empowerment, food security, and sustainable farming projects.
